Bill spent more than two decades with Sysco, where he held senior leadership roles across multiple markets. He served as President & CEO of Sysco San Antonio leading the consolidation of Sysco San Antonio and Sysco Austin. His career began in Sales & Marketing, giving him a ground-level understanding of customer relationships, revenue growth, and operational execution.

Now, Bill supports XCEL Business Brokerage as a coach and consultant, drawing on his executive experience to advise business owners on leadership, operational discipline, and strategic planning. In addition to his advisory work, Bill is active in the community, supporting organizations such as Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries and the American Red Cross.
